How to Take Data Backup of PPM Server of Regioman Press

1) Go to PPM Server by entering correct Username and Password
i) Username-ppm
ii) Password-ppm

2) Click on maintenance and select Data Back Up Option

3) New window opens

4) Insert PPM Back up disk(side B on top) into DVD Drive

5) Select System Backup option and click on Start System Backup

6) Window showing System backup is running….(It may take 20 to 30 minutes)

7) After backup finished-System Backup finished successfully message appears on the screen

8) Close the window

9) Take out disk from DVD drive

10) For data backup insert DATA Backup disk(side B on top) into DVD drive

11) Click–Maintenance-Data Backup

12) Select Data Backup MOD option and click on start Data Backup MOD option

13) Window showing Data Backup is running…….(It may take 20 to 30 minutes)

14) After backup finished-System Backup finished successfully message appears
on the screen

15) Close the window
