Procedure to Change the DPO-1 Card of Central Encoder Rack of Regioman Press

1	Switch OFF the supply power.
2	Disconnect the module RTI 3 module.
3	Connect the ROD-3 module.
4	Connect the new DPO-1 card and check the jumper position must be on WRE.
5	Connect the cable to laptop and new DPO module.
6	Switch ON the supply power.
7	Open the Hyper terminal.
8	New connection window open. Type the name and select the COM1.
9	Setting of connection window open.
10	Follow procedure of A of page 2.
11	Press Reset button onthe new DPO-1 module.
12	Display B of page 3.
13	Give the speed 0 5 (5000) on the ROD-3 module by toggle switch.
14	Display C of page 3.
15	Type MONI for selection of program DPO-1, it is necessary.
16	Display D of page 3.
17	SIGNAL-NUMBER : 00 display, then type the 00.
18	SETTING OK? (Y/N) display, then type Y.
19	END display.
20	Press CTRL-E for display press speed.
21	Display E of page 4.
22	Press CTRL-R for reset counter.
23	Display F of page 4.
24	Press CTRL-D for clear reset-counter.
25	Disconnect into Hyper terminal.
26	Switch OFF the supply power.
27	Remove the ROD-3 module.
28	Connect the RTI 3 module.
29	Switch ON the supply power.
