the computer at the Ink Station
3. Now
we have to load wonder ware software
4. Insert
IN Touch CD and follow the path.
5. Prerequisite
window will open. Install Frame work 3.5 and Rainbow sentinel protection
6. Restart
computer
7. Remove
In Touch CD
8. Load
Scada file in Intouch Application Manger
9. Go to
start – All programs – Wonderware – Intouch
10. Right
click and go to Find Applications
11. Choose
the scada file and click ok
12. Insert
Device Integration CD
13. On
left hand side select “IO Servers & Tag Center” – Allen Bradley – AB CIP IO
Server 7.5 and install this program
14. Next
go to “Stand Alone DA Server and Tag Creator” – Allen Bradley – DASABCIP 4.1
SP1 and install this program
15. Remove
Device Integration CD and insert license CD and follow instructions as given in
the manual

16. Remove
license CD
17. Go
to Start – All Programs – Wonder ware – System Management Console
18. Go
to DA Server Manager – Default Group – Local – ArchestraA DASA BCIP .4
19. First
Select ArchestraA DASA BCIP .4 then
right click on ArchestraA DASA BCIP .4 and Activate server
20. First
select Configuration then right click on Configuration and Add “NEW _PORT
_CIP_000”
21. First
select NEW _PORT _CIP_000 then right on NEW _PORT _CIP_000 and Add “NEW_ENB_CLX_000”
22. First
select NEW_ENB_CLX_000 then right on NEW_ENB_CLX_000 and Add “
NEW_BACKPLANE_CLX_00”
23. First
select NEW_BACKPLANE_CLX_00 then right click on NEW_BACKPLANE_CLX_00 and
Add”NEW_LOGIX5000_CLX_000”
24. Select
NEW_ENB_CLX_000 and enter Host Name 192.168.1.1 and Correction time 2000 msec
25.Select NEW_LOGIX5000_CLX_000
– select Device Group – Right click and Add Name “HT_Tension” and Update Interval
(ms) 1000
