Baumuller Error No. 566

Power section error auxiliary voltage supply

The auxiliary voltage supply is monitored and generates an error message if undervoltage occurs. The error is fatal and leads to immediate shutoff of the drive controller. In this case the drive coasts to a standstill. Renewed release of the drive by the controller is prevented until the cause of the error has been corrected and the error has been acknowledged. The error can be acknowledged at the control centre after the cause of the error has been corrected.

Check the voltage supply of the auxiliary voltage

Baumuller Error No. 567

Power section overtemperature

The power section is blocked if the power section exceeds the switch-off temperature specified via the parameter ID1658 in the current controller. The error is fatal and leads to immediate shutoff of the drive controller. In this case the drive coasts to a standstill. Renewed release of the drive by the controller is prevented until the cause of the error has been corrected and the error has been acknowledged.
The error can be acknowledged at the control centre after the cause of the error has been corrected.

Check function of power section fan.

Baumuller Error No. 26

EEPROM access error, wrong address

The error is triggered by the "data record management" module, if read or write access to the special parameter in emulated EEPROM is to take place on the flash card, but the access address lies outside the special parameter’s memory area.
Access to the special parameter occurs if the value entered for parameter ID21 „DSV-Mode“ is 0 or 2.. The required address is selected via the parameter ID25 "EEPROM address" and the value read or written with ID26 "EEPROM Date". The M0 Offset is e.g. a special parameter in the emulated EEPROM
The error is signalled to the primary control. If the primary control switches the drive controller off, renewed release of the drive controller is prevented until the cause of the error is corrected and the error acknowledged.
The error can be acknowledged at the control centre after the cause of the error has been corrected.

Source and Remedy 
Memory area for special parameter not found, wrong address Delete all parameters and special parameters on the flash card, load new data records and save. If this fails, replace flash card. 

Baumuller Error No. 5

Link module error

Creation of a parameter incorrectly terminated on starting the controller software program. This error is used for diagnosis during software development. The error does not occur during operation.

The controller software will not be started correctly. The drive controller cannot be released. Acknowledge after error correction:

Source and Remedy 
The controller software was wrongly generated or saved. Replace the controller software. 

Baumuller Error No. 722

Lack of pulse enable

If for a drive the synchronous running is to be monitored particularly (bit 9 is set in the parameter ID700 "Antriebstyp"), switch-off by erasing the hardware signal “pulse enable” can mean an error. This error is generated in order to make it easier to search for the cause. In order to avoid unnecessary messages during regular switch-off, the monitoring only becomes active when the desired rotational speed (ID519) has left the value of the standstill window (ID764).

The following are possible causes:

Contact problems in the feed line / line terminal 
Fault in an upstream component (bus terminal, timing module, etc.) 
Field bus faults in transmitting the IF signal 
Switch command from the safety SPS precedes the process control (operational fault, signal transit times in the control system) 

Setting of the controller enable is prevented. This means that the drive is not ready for operation. After the cause of the error has been rectified, the error can be acknowledged at the control stand.

MICE Settings on control desk of Regioman Press

 Management network Mice switch , following IP address has to be given to the laptop .


Open internet explorer or Mozilla firefox  and input the IP address 10.35.156.3 for that particular Mice switch LS1….LS2….LS3….LS4….LS5 ……..etc .


Login ID : admin , Password : private , Language : English


Configuration page will be Open .

Open Manual settings


Select closed button on manual settings


Press set button on signal contact 1


Repeat the procedure from 6 to 9 for signal contact 2



Open load/save option and select save button

Download:-From Card to Drive

  1. Switch Off power
  2. Take out interbus module and connect lenze card module
  3. Switch ON power
  4. It shows 0 at the start
  5. Select number for particular drive by pressing T3 button on the card module

    • 3-Infeed Drive

6. Yellow and Green LED glows-it means parameter set matches for that Drive
7. To start download program from card to drive-push T1 button and hold for 3 seconds
8.  Display starts counting from 9 to 0
9.   Push T1 again
10. LED starts blinking- it means download starts
11. After some time LED is idle-it means download finished
12. Switch Off power and take out Lenze card module and connect interbus module
13. Switch ON power
14. Check in software version on HMI. It should be as follows:

Core 1 – 135.5
Core 2 – 135.5
In feed – 121
Arm -      311

    • 5- for Core Drive 2
    • 6-for Infeed Drive
6. To start upload program from drive to card-push T2 and hold for 3               seconds

Error Fault speed control inching mode of Regioman Press

Error Fault speed control inching mode occured in Regioman press

This error generated due to M drive not getting or processing encoder signal.

Need to do

Check connection.

Check contacts of connector.

Change Encoder.

Change M drive.


Error Rot. speed mon. ink duct roller responded of Regioman Press

This error generated due to reference given to drive for speed of motor is greater than actual speed feedback of motor from encoder. It is reset by acknowledge, if not.

Need to do


    Check the ink duct locking is proper or not.


    Clean the ink duct and roller.


    Check the ink key setting.


    Drive.


    Encoder.


    Motor.

Procedure to connect PPM server

1.     Connect the Ethernet Cable of the Printer to the LAPTOP

2.     Open LAN Connection Setup.

3.     Go to the Properties menu

4.     Click Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)

5.     Type IP address as following
 IP address                  10.35.156.20
Subnet Mask             255.255.0.0

6.     Then Click OK.

7.     Go to Start Menu Run  and type cmd ,Then Enter

8.     New Window Opens, Type cd\ and enter

9.     Type ping 10.35.156.111

10.                        If connected ,you will get Reply from 10.35.156.111

11.                        Connect to the PPM server.
