Procedure for Chain Control Unit Monitoring of Muller Martini

Start the chain.

Set Newsgrip speed at 50000 copes/hour.

Select chain L1, L2

Press to start  
(Measurement start from zero clamp)

 Shows Left Wheel

Shows Right Wheel



Shows Bottom Wheel



Shows Pitch



Flashes means there is error in measuring.
Press and check it.

PrintStack CN 80 Error - Drop Cylinder not Retracted OR Drop Cylinder not extended

This error occured due to Separating wheel does not reach its end position.

Need to Checks

Check the compressed air.

Switch off and on the PrintStack CN-80, restart it.

Check the reed switch Drop cylinder extended or Drop cylinder retraced for their functions.

Contact service personnel.
